What is Grahaq?

Grahaq is an online community for sharing online shopping experiences.
How can I write a review?

Search for the company in the search box. Click on the company. In company page click on review button. You need to log in to post a review
How do I create my account?

Click on login in the top-right corner. In the next page you can create account in Grahaq or you can connect using Facebook, Twitter or Google.
I don't receive an email confirmation for my account sign-up. What do i do?

Click on "Contact Us" link on bottom of page. In subject write "Email Confirmation" and provide your correct email address.
How do i recover a lost password?

Password can only be changed for Grahaq direct account. Please click on LOGIN in top right corner. Click on Forgot Password. In next page provide your registered email address and we will send the password to you.
How to add a company?

Search for the website in the search box. If you don't find it click on "ADD WEBSITE".
HOW DO I DELETE MY REVIEW?

Log in to your account. Click on 'dashboard' in the right top corner. On the next page you'll see all your reviews with delete button. Click 'delete' to delete your review
HOW TO CHANGE A PASSWORD?

Login to your account. Click on 'dashboard' on the upper right corner of the page. Select 'change password' on the left. Update your new password and click 'change'.
